SteveMadden.com Increases E-commerce Sales with the Omniture Online Marketing Suite
Trendsetting footwear site boosts online conversions and revenue per visitor
SAN JOSE, Calif., — June 9, 2010 — Omniture, an Adobe company (NASDAQ:ADBE) and a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced that SteveMadden.com, a trendsetting shoe retailer, is leveraging the Omniture Online Marketing Suite to increase e-commerce sales and improve the customer experience on its site.

By leveraging Test&Target and SiteCatalyst, the e-commerce team can quickly identify which offers, content, page functions and other features appeal most to shoppers, and then test and adapt pages accordingly. For instance, they can make specific recommendations to customers depending on the products they were viewing on the site. At the same time, they can define visitor segments for targeted delivery of specific site content and offers. After testing the effectiveness of specific holiday promotions and targeted content, the SteveMadden.com team was able to increase online conversions by over seven percent and revenue per visitor (RPV) by over eight percent in just three days.
Using Genesis to easily integrate SiteCatalyst and Test&Target with its e-mail marketing platform, the company can also gain additional insight into the effectiveness of its email marketing campaigns as well as increase their relevance by continuously testing and optimizing email content.
