Your Work Falls Into Three Primary Categories:

System Knowledge

  • Be a subject matter expert for the Cornerstone Learning Management System
  • Execute new functionality based on all new system releases
  • Apply best practices and system expertise for the Cornerstone learning management system


  • Provide corporate-wide consultation for optimal learning management solutions
  • Facilitate Cornerstone learning management system training to end users
  • Identify and implement new opportunities to improve processes, procedures and overall user experience


  • Lead administrative system support for internal and external teams at Freddie Mac
  • Understand the functions within the Learning and Leadership Development department and the responsibilities of each team member
  • Remain flexible and approachable to meet the immediate needs of the team and the corporation overall
  • 5+ years working as an administrator in the Cornerstone Learning Management System
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Cornerstone learning management system experience
  • Authoring software experience preferred
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms
  • Demonstrated capability to meet the needs of clients
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to remain flexible to respond appropriately with competing priorities
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred

Additional Information

This senior-level position is responsible for managing corporate-wide Cornerstone learning management system for the organization. Manage system releases, make process improvements, manage vendor training, manage all training fulfillment requests and act as the help desk for the department. This role will recommend and implement enhancements to overall corporate learning management support. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in the Cornerstone learning management system. Applies troubleshooting and detailed analysis skills to resolve issues related to the learning management system. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy of technical analysis and overall accuracy. Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters. College Degree or equivalent experience; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an Administrator in the Cornerstone system.
